You guys are great! I formery used one of your big competitors to place my snipes. I got screwd by them constantly, even when I manually adjusted the lead time to 30 seconds or even a minute. Their "we are sorry" notices at the end of every lost auction was, "We didn't get your bid in on time". Unbelievable! I was ready to swear off eBay sniping services for good, when my friend in England said, "Trust me on this -- try Bidnapper". Long story short, you guys have never failed me. I just thought you would like to know how pleased I am with Bidnapper. I have won 9 out of 10 of the last 10 auctions I have been in. The one I lost was because I did not bid enough. Your services are better than I expected, and well worth the small cost. By the way, prior to my use of Bidnapper I only won 1 in 10 auctions, and frequently lost each one by less than $1.00. I will never doubt Bidnapper again . This was an auction that was giving me grief, but the item is now secured. I am a very happy eBay bidder, soon to sign up for more “Napper Sniping”. Hey, thanks! I guess I should actually learn how your eBay sniper service works. I just know you are great! One thing: I suggest you change your name. The term "nap" usually means to doze or be unaware of imminent danger or trouble. I think you intend it to mean grab or snatch a winning bid. How about something with the word "win" in it, such as "Winbidder", "Bidwinner,""The Winning Bid," "Win Bid," "Bid to Win," "More Winning Bids." Heck, I shouldn't be promoting you guys. As a secret, you are great. The bigger you get, the more bids I will lose. Anyhow, you help me win bids and you can use my name if you wish in your ads.

With Bidnapper I have reduced the time I spend biding on auctions in the average week by 50%. By saving me time, it makes me money, not to mention the lower prices when I do win. Wow! Bidnapper is easy to edit! It helps me to get things at a lower price than getting involved in bid-wars. This cuts down on tension and anxiety. I can also be baby sitting for my grandchildren and know that I have put a bid in. And if I don't get it at my low price, just as well. On one occasion when I dared to put the first bid manually, without Bidnapper, almost immediately got a second bid! Then I Bidnapped it and won it. One needs control. Maybe now I can sell some of my vintage collectibles knowing that I can replenish my inventory through Bidnapper. Thanks again.

What an advantage!!! I was desperate to win a particular auction so, 20 minutes before it was due to end, I did a Google search for "eBay bidder". Bidnapper was the top of the list, so I registered and listed the auction I wanted to win. I then sat there for 20 minutes hitting the refresh button. With 7 seconds to go I thought that I either hadn't registered properly, or there had been a catch to the 10 day trial as I hadn't bid. Then, with 2 seconds to go, I was the high bidder and won the auction. Thank you guys. I will be subscribing.
I'm a skeptic - but this thing works. Brilliantly. I've bought ten snipes - it's like having a secret weapon...
I've been on eBay with various ID's since June 1998. Back in the 'old days', before eBay cluttered up the site, I used to hit a few good snipes manually - even did a "zero" snipe once. Now that is no longer possible, and I don't know how on earth I could exist without Bidnapper's help. You guys are good - very good.

Bidnapper is the coolest service on the web around eBay. I have always placed the latest bid with Bidnapper. Even though other software bids before the auction ends, Bidnapper is always managing to place the latest bid a few seconds later. I have never lost. Terrific! Carry on.

Hi, I am so happy I have Bidnapper; it is so easy to use! I have decided to bid the max price I can afford and know I shouldn't go higher; I have to consider selling it sometime. Wow!! With your eBay sniper system I bought my favorite speakers of all time - kef 105/3 - for $615.01. A year and a half ago I watched two guys get in a bidding war over an identical pair and the "winner"(!?!) paid $5000! You got me speakers that were never within my reach! LONG LIVE BIDNAPPER!!!

Unbelievable! This was the first time I actually watched you in action, as this was an important auction! I was getting very nervous as I refreshed the screen. The auction was down to 18 seconds and my bid wasn't showing, then the next thing I knew I was the winner! I just want to tell you how much I appreciate your company's auction sniper. I have used bidnapper now for over a year and have never lost an auction due to being late on a bid. Perhaps the greatest advantage is the fact that you never have to worry about leaving enough time on the table to allow competitors to counter bid in time. This has left money in my pocket, and I appreciate it.
I had nearly given-up on eBay auctions. Take a look at my feedback now! All that is due to "Bidnapper". There must be some really unhappy bidders out there now, because it is hard to lose an auction using "Bidnapper" (the BEST).
